The Round Mersea Island Race 2022 takes place this year on 16th July 2022. We welcome once again entries from windsurfer race boards, rowing boats (gigs/skiffs), dinghies and catamarans.
Entry is open. The entry form will be available at Round the Island entry. The Notice of Race is available from the same place.
Fee £25 per vessel, payable on line at entry. See the Notice of Race for full details.
The Racing
Start times are from 12:00 to 15:30 at 5 minute intervals. Your chosen start time and class of boat cannot be changed after receipt of entry. Port or Starboard rounding is chosen when registering. For safety reasons the maximum number of boats we can safely accommodate irrespective of type is 150, so enter early. Once that total number is reached we will start a waiting list.
