Sun and good winds for the two races sailed today

On the second day of 19th Imperia Winter Regatta the weather conditions were much better than yesterday. Sunshine and good Easterly winds up to 12 knots allowed two races for all the classes; 420 (open and female), 470 (male and female), Laser Standard (male) and Laser Radial (male and female).

More than 400 sailors coming from 14 countries (Algeria, Austria, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Slovenia, Switzerland, UK) had to wait for the wind ashore until the early afternoon, but after that time the race commmittee fired the start for the first race of the series.
