Laser Demo Day at Rutland Sailing School

Rutland Sailing School played host to Laser's demonstration day on Sunday 6th June. Laser welcomed 40 guests, all of whom had signed up for demonstrations in various boats from the Laser range, including the Pico, Laser, Laser 2000, Laser 4000, Dart 16, Stratos & Stratos Keel and the Laser SB3. We also managed to accommodate a few interested individuals who happened to be visiting Rutland for the day.

The weather was glorious, although the sailors and instructors could have benefited from a bit more wind, but overall those taking part had a great time and spent up to an hour sailing the boat of their choice.

The next Laser demo day will be held on Sunday 26th September 2004 on the south coast (venue to be confirmed in due course).

Laser would like to thank all those who came along to Rutland on Sunday, and especially the instructors from the sailing school who helped make the day a success.
