Event: 24 Hour Race

Open to these classes: Enterprise, GP14 and Lark

The UK's number one dinghy endurance race; the 46th 24 Hour Race will be sailed on the relatively safe waters of the Marine Lake at Southport. Entries are accepted from clubs and class associations.

The event is so much more than 24 Hours of continuous racing. The social lasts for 48 hours from Friday through to Sunday.

An excellent weekend event not to be missed.

Bring a team of, say, 8 or 10 who can then change over as often as required - but only in the specially designated 'docking area'.

There is space for tents, Caravans and Motorhomes on the lake side; with an excellent view of the racing.

Intermediate, up to the minute, results are displayed continuously on the club's computer systems - with frequent updates to the club website
