Marinas26 is off to a strong start with over 110 delegates registered for next year. It's shaping up to be a fantastic event where marina professionals can reconnect, learn, and get inspired.

The event kicks off with a Welcome Reception on 24 May, followed by two full days of conference sessions and a trade exhibition at Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast, on 25-26 May 2026.

The second annual Australian Commercial Marine Conference, hosted by the Australian Commercial Marine Group (ACMG), returned by popular industry demand in Sydney on 31 July, aboard the SeaLink M/V Starship Sydney. This year's Conference saw a notable increase in participation, with 107 representatives in attendance. The diverse delegate mix included ferry and tourism vessel operators, marine tech specialists, naval architects, vessel designers, shipbuilders and component suppliers highlighting strong and growing industry-wide engagement.

In northern Sydney, the Pittwater Sail Expo presents an exciting opportunity to not only enjoy a free, family-friendly weekend at the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club, but you can also experience an exclusive preview of the brand new Fountaine Pajot FP 41 and Dufour 48! From 24-26 October, explore a great range of sailing models on display, meet marine industry experts, and get guidance on the right new or pre-owned boat.

Australia's largest celebration of sailing just got even bigger, with the Festival of Sails expanding to five action-packed days of racing on 21-26 January 2026. The Royal Geelong Yacht Club will play host to the Australian Multihull Championships in 2026, seamlessly adding two days of weekday sailing on Corio Bay in the lead-up to its flagship long weekend regatta. Entries are now open for the iconic celebration, including the 183rd Melbourne to Geelong passage race.

The Show is on 24-26 October at Adelaide Showground. This d combines the boating and fishing show with a massive 4WD and adventure show.

Crafting Maritimo's renowned luxury motor yachts takes people. Good people. Many have vast oceans of experience. None more so than Maritimo's Founder, Bill Barry-Cotter AM. With over 65 years in the industry, he's been there for the changes from drafting to CADCAM for design, and wood to composites for construction. One of his loyal band is Production Manager, Kym Fleet. Trained as a mechanic early on, then into the building of craft, before going across to sales, and ultimately a wide range of management roles, Kym is ideally suited to look after the next crop.
