Sea Tow, the nation's leading on-water marine assistance provider, and MYCO Trailers, the world leader in custom, all-welded boat trailers and cradles, are excited to announce that starting Feb. 2024 MYCO Trailers will give its customers a Sea Tow Gold Card membership plus Trailer Care+ benefits with every MYCO trailer purchased.

For over 50 years, MYCO Trailers' mechanical engineers have designed each MYCO product specific to the boat, creating an exact fit to properly support its hull. Starting at $30,000, MYCO Trailers specializes in step hulls, large boats from 30-65' with heavy hull weights and Cat Hulls and is the leading supplier of Hydraulic Tilt Trailers to the powerboat racing community. Each part of the trailer, steel or aluminum, is welded and no nuts and bolts are needed for adjustments. All trailers are built in the U.S. using only premium branded products, such as Goodyear and Continental tires and American-made aluminum and steel.

Sea Tow's Gold Card membership has the most comprehensive boat towing services available on the water. This card provides membership privileges for any covered recreational vessel that has an engine and is registered to or owned by the member, regardless of who is operating the covered vessel when it's disabled. The Gold Card member may also use their privileges on any vessel they charter, rent or lease.

The Gold Card membership includes 24/7 priority service on both salt and fresh waters nationwide for members; unlimited towing with no distance or dollar limits in the member's home area; service for any boat owned by the member, regardless of who is operating it; coverage on any boat the member charters, rents or leases; dock-to-dock boat tow coverage from home port to repair facility (or trailer ramp) for all boats owned by the member; offshore coverage; service when boating to the Bahamas; Ask The Captain™, offering members local navigation, troubleshooting, referrals; and more.

Exclusive to Sea Tow members, Sea Tow's Trailer Care+ membership upgrade includes 24/7 roadside assistance services for the boat trailer and towing vehicle for when the unexpected happens trailering a boat to and from the water. Trailer Care+ includes towing to a repair facility or a safe location; help with axle and wheel bearing issues; towing vehicle lockout assistance; flat tire change with spare on a trailer or towing vehicle; and jump start and fuel delivery. Service up to $600 is covered per incident.

Every MYCO trailer frame is fully welded, including the crossmembers and bunk supports. Self-centering, paired hull bunks evenly support and contour to the specific hull shape. MYCO's unique "Y" style bow stop catches the boat during retrieval and provides support to the forward hull. Patented positive pressure "Air-Tight Hubs" prevent water and contaminants from entering the hubs during wet launch/retrieval and provide a simple visual indicator of seal or bearing issues.

As a result of its commitment to quality and excellence, MYCO Trailers has provided trailers for many government agencies including the US Coast Guard, US Customs, Marine Response, Naval Special Warfare and Navy Seals. MYCO Trailers Engineering has developed a unique trailer design that can handle large payloads, but still easily launch and retrieve with ease. This design and usability in the field makes them the Premium choice for any Military Special Operations on the water. MYCO is a GSA Advantage partner and its Military Severe Duty product line is GSA certified.

"This is a great service to be able to offer our customers peace of mind," said Denis McComb, MYCO's vice president of sales and marketing. "As boaters ourselves, the MYCO team understands that unforeseen events can happen when we tow boats, and working with Sea Tow will help our customers enjoy more time on the water. Sea Tow's 24/7 coverage on the water has been a staple in our industry for years, and now we are able to have the same service on the road too. This is just another example of leading companies coming together to help improve boating."

"Sea Tow aims to provide boaters peace of mind on and off the water," said Sea Tow President Kristen Frohnhoefer. "Most roadside assistance programs do not include service for boat trailers. Now with the purchase of a MYCO Trailer, boaters will be at ease knowing they have support 24/7 when boating on water or trailering on land with a Sea Tow Gold Card Membership and Trailer Care+."

At the forefront of on-water assistance since 1983, Sea Tow marked its 40th anniversary in business in 2023. With more than 500+ ports nationwide including the continental U.S., Alaska and Puerto Rico, Sea Tow is a member-driven, franchise-based business and technological innovation has been a large driver of its evolution and expansion. Having broken barriers in the industry, it is the premier provider of non-emergency on-water assistance including towing, fuel delivery, battery jumps and ungroundings, as well as salvage and recovery services including response to catastrophic events and marine spill response. Sea Tow is "Your Road Service at Sea®."
