Chichester Yacht Club is looking forward to the start of its annual Snowflake series, The CYC snowflake is one of the oldest winter series in the country and attended by sailors from across the South East.

The series consists of 5 Events between January and March, with an overall prize-giving after the last event.

The harbour setting makes for interesting conditions, A “lake like” course with the added challenge of both tides and surrounding trees that reward good tactical sailing decisions and crisp tacking and gybing.

The Series Starts on the 14th January with two races. A briefing will take place in the club at 11am, in time for a first race signal at 11:55.

Anyone wishing to register should visit the CYC website and take advantage of the 5 Event series discount if registering for the series before the first event.
