The RCIYC's annual round the Island race is sponsored, for the first time this year, by Rossborough Financial Services Ltd. This is a race for IRC and Jersey Handicap cruiser/racers and for sport-catamarans up to 21 feet. Jersey Handicaps are avaialble on application.
The circumnavigation takes boats eastwards from St Aubin's Bay for an anticlockwise race around the Island. Cruiser/racers race for the Club's prestigious Jesse Boot and Cabot Memorial trophies. Entry is open to all qualifying boats and is free of charge. Visiting boats can be assured of a very warm welcome. The prizegiving and dinner is scheduled to take place in the RCIYC following the race.
