RORC AMICUS IR2000 Championships - Day One

by Editor 2 Jun 2001 09:40 BST

The first day of the AMICUS IR2000 Championships took place in Hayling Bay yesterday in a light to medium gusting wind. The IRM fleet was dominated by Adam Gosling's IC45 Yes with three firsts.

For those wondering how the Ker 11.3's are doing in their first regatta, only one was out on the water yesterday and has not finalised her IRM certificate so does not feature in the results. Word is that she was already fast 'out of the box' and was giving the Farr 40's a run for their money.
