Tudor Team Alinghi show the below decks construction with their AC75 stripped to a bare carbon shell in the shed in Italy, mid-rebuild for the 38th America's Cup.

America's Cup's Niall Myant-Best gets a full tour of the boat from Alinghi's Technical Director Benjamin Muyl and Head of Mechanical Systems Dan Smith.

The AC75 came home from Barcelona in pieces, after a foil strike and capsize while out sailing after their elimination in Barcelona.

Like all teams the deck and cockpit areas are being reconfigured for complete battery power.

Why they're using a foil bought second-hand from American Magic. The fibre optics buried in every part of the hull, and the how sailors deal with fifty controls onboard.
