There's now less than a month to go until the RS200 National Championship 2026, with Torbay welcoming the fleet from 15-20 August. Some of Britain's finest sailors will soon be making the trip to Torquay for five days of close racing, great socials and, hopefully, plenty of sunshine.

We've already shared our top pre-event boat-prep tips and unveiled this year's championship theme, so now it's time to shine the spotlight on another group of people without whom this event simply wouldn't happen - our fantastic daily sponsors.

This year we've been incredibly lucky to have support from some of the biggest names in the sailing industry. Whether it's ropes, blocks, fittings, spares, unique upgrades, clothing or those last-minute essentials, they've got the fleet covered.

Allen

Few names are as familiar around a dinghy boat park as Allen. The UK manufacturer has built a reputation for producing high-quality blocks, cleats and deck fittings that can be found on everything from club racers to championship-winning boats. With a friendly team who are always happy to offer advice, we are so glad to have these guys onboard.

Top pre-event tip: If you're wondering whether your boat could do with a little refresh, Allen's excellent RS200 fitting guide is well worth a look. They know the boat inside out and the fitting guide links directly to each specific product, making it easy to replace tired hardware or treat yourself to a few upgrades before Torbay.

FM Sailing

Founded by members of the RS200 fleet itself, FM Sailing has quickly become the go-to name for clever, practical and colourful 3D-printed sailing accessories.

Whether you're after a custom tiller extension, Tacktick mast bracket, race watch mount or another ingenious solution, they've probably already thought of it.

Fresh will be around throughout the event, so if you've got questions, ideas or a bespoke request, be sure to have a chat.

Robline

When it comes to rope, Robline knows its stuff.

Manufactured by rope specialists Teufelberger, Robline supplies everyone from Olympic campaigns and TP52s through to club sailors looking for dependable performance.

An RS200 may not have miles of string onboard, but every line matters. New halyards, fresh sheets or upgraded control lines can make a surprising difference—and nobody wants to be the sailor with a snapped halyard on race one...

If you're feeling particularly keen, why not treat yourself to a set of tapered sheets for the champs?

Rooster

Our championships would not feel complete without Rooster, whose continued support of both the RS200 Nationals and National Tour is hugely appreciated.

Whether you need a new buoyancy aid, gloves, a fresh spray top or a pair of shorts if Torbay delivers a heatwave, Rooster has it covered.

RS Sailing Store

Last but certainly not least is the RS Sailing Store, the official home of RS parts, sails and accessories.

Conveniently located in Romsey for those making the journey south, it's the ideal place for any final stop before arriving in Torquay.

Thinking about treating the boat to a new suit of sails? With the new reduced pricing, now could be the perfect time. Alongside sails you'll find covers, spares, trollies and just about everything else an RS200 owner could need.

A huge thank you to all of our sponsors for supporting the RS200 National Championships 2026. Their generosity helps make the event what it is, from fantastic daily prizes to keeping the fleet equipped both on and off the water.

With the RS200 class famous for its friendly atmosphere as much as its fiercely competitive racing, prizes won't just be heading to those at the sharp end. Fleet leaders, family teams, best mates, siblings, perhaps even the Duckhams contenders... there are plenty of opportunities to walk away with something special. But, as always, you've got to be in it to win it - we hope to see you there!
