The BIA had a highly visible and well-engaged presence at Marinas26 on the Gold Coast, connecting with marina operators, government and industry partners on key priorities including workforce development and workplace safety.

Supported by Workplace Safety Ambassador Paul Chivers, BIA used the event to reinforce its advocacy efforts, highlighting the importance of coordinated industry and government action to address skills shortages, strengthen safety practices and support long-term sector sustainability.

A highlight feature of the BIA stand was a three-metre-wide digital screen showcasing Marine Card and Marine Jobs content, which attracted strong attention and consistent traffic, generating positive feedback from delegates. The activation helped drive conversations around practical workforce solutions and WHS initiatives, with Marine Jobs and industry partnerships continuing to deliver real pathways, resources and support for marina businesses.
