A first look at the F50's test sailing in Fremantle on Tuesday in the Fremantle Doctor.

Conditions started at 10-15kts building to 25kts before the session was cancelled at 1500hrs.

The F50s were sailing off Bathers Beach - where the water gets quite shallow, kicking up and awkward chop, which made for some challenging sailing.

The bottom line with all these videos is that they show the F50 is very capable of being sailed fast in these conditions - and makes for some excellent viewing. Hopefully SailGP will set new standards for TV coverage of the sport and show what a huge difference it makes to hold sailing events in venues where there is some WIND!!
