What an extraordinary season, packed with incredible events! In 2025, we hosted three World Championships, one Global Championship, and a full calendar of events that began and ended with the traditional ILCA and T293 Zonal Regattas.

A spectacular mix of foiling, classic, one-design, and board sailing classes brought together 16 different fleets, not to mention the participants of the Ferruccio Day social regatta and all the new "Trial" boats and boards unveiled during Foiling Week, now in its 12th edition.

It was also the 12th edition of the traditional ILCA 4 and 6 Easter Regatta, while the Moth Worlds returned to Malcesine for the third time.

The Simone Lombardi Trophy celebrated its 31st edition, the Menoni Cup its 22nd, and the Alpenpokal an incredible 42nd edition!

Throughout the season, 20 regattas took place over 74 racing days, for a total of 93 days of activity including registration, measurement, and awards.

With 303 starts, managed flawlessly by our Race Committees, we had the honor of welcoming 2,485 athletes, for a total of 30,696 visits to our Club.

All these amazing moments were captured in 33,479 photographs (available on our Flickr platform) and 116 Reels published and shared on Instagram.

A heartfelt thank you to all participants, racing classes, the Fraglia Vela Malcesine staff, our supporting partners, race officials, photographers, videomakers, and all the collaborators who helped tell the story of our season with passion and professionalism.

Let's relive together all the incredible 2025 regattas held at Fraglia Vela Malcesine:

  • April: ILCA Zonal, ILCA Youth Easter Meeting
  • May: Balardi Cup, J70 Malcesine Cup, A Cat Class German & NED Open
