The all new Apreamare Gozzo 48 Cabin, the evolution of a Mediterranean boating icon

by Apreamare 24 Oct 15:21 BST

Apreamare introduces the new flagship of the Gozzo range, continuing along a path of growth and innovation that remains firmly rooted in maritime tradition.

Designed for discerning owners, the new model represents a further evolution of the Sorrento's gozzo, reinterpreted in a contemporary key to offer generous spaces, liveability and finest craftsmanship, as well as remarkable navigation capabilities.

Once again, the project is based on a concept by Cataldo Aprea and the joint work of Marco Casali (Too Design) for design and style, Umberto Tagliavini (Marine Design) for naval architecture, and the shipyard's internal Technical Office. The all new Gozzo 48 Cabin stands out for its layout, designed to ensure maximum comfort on board both when cruising and at anchor, and to promote a relaxed and convivial outdoor lifestyle.

The interiors of the Gozzo 48 Cabin are designed to ensure natural light and continuity with the outdoor spaces. The main deck layout includes a comfortable dinette with a U-shaped sofa and a large, fully equipped kitchen measuring over 2.80 metres. The master station to starboard of the sofa is equipped with an electrically operated pilot seat that can become an additional module of the sofa itself, offering great versatility to the spaces.

The layout below deck offers the possibility of two or three cabins with two large bathrooms and separate showers. At the stern, it is also possible to create a cabin for the crew with access from the cockpit. From a technical point of view, the new 48 Cabin confirms the Gozzo range's approach, with design solutions conceived to offer safe and comfortable navigation at all times. The Gozzo 48 Cabin can be powered by two Volvo Penta IPS 700 or 800 engines, ensuring fuel efficiency, manoeuvrability and high performance. The traditional version with shaft-line transmission and Volvo Penta 600 hp engines is also available on request.
