Tankoa Yachts strengthens its management team

by Tankoa Yachts 11 Jul 09:24 BST

Tankoa Yachts, the boutique shipyard specialized in the construction of bespoke superyachts, announces a strategic reinforcement of its management team as part of a broader growth plan involving new projects, expanded production sites, and - above all - people: the true driving force of the company.

Isabella Picco joins the team as Head of Marketing & Communication. With a solid background in the high-end yachting sector, she brings expertise that is fully aligned with Tankoa's positioning. Working closely with the top management, Isabella will lead the development and implementation of strategies aimed at strengthening the brand's identity and expanding its international visibility.

"I'm truly excited to join a company of such excellence as Tankoa and to work alongside a team of outstanding professionals. I look forward to applying my experience to help guide the shipyard into the future, while staying true to the brand's authentic values," said Isabella Picco.

At the same time, Guido Orsi is appointed Vice President. A key figure since the shipyard's founding, Guido has held various leadership roles over the years, combining entrepreneurial vision with deep industry knowledge. In his new role, he will continue to support the company's strategic focus on sustainability, technological developments and international expansion.

"Tankoa is a perfect blend of tradition, innovation, and a family-led identity. I'm proud to be part of this new chapter of growth, built on people, ideas, and quality," commented Guido Orsi.

These appointments reflect Tankoa's ongoing commitment to steady, thoughtful growth, guided by artisanal excellence, clear long-term strategy, and the distinctive values that define the shipyard within the world of luxury yachting.
