With just 100 days to go until SailGP - the most exciting racing on water - takes flight on the stunning Bay of Cadíz, the global racing championship has today announced that Global Smart Logistics Partner, DP World, will become Title Partner of the Spain Sail Grand Prix, the penultimate event of the 2025 Season Calendar.

Unfolding over two action-packed days of racing in the Andalucía region of Spain (October 4-5, 2025), the event marks SailGP's fourth visit to the city of Cádiz.

SailGP Managing Director Andrew Thompson said: "We are delighted to name DP World as Title Partner of the Spain Sail Grand Prix - one of the fan-favorite destinations on our global calendar with thousands expected to line the shore on both days, enjoying a great time in the city of Cádiz. This is a significant milestone in our expanding relationship with DP World, with the Cádiz event now among DP World's impressive portfolio of world-class global sporting events."

DP World became SailGP's first-ever Global Smart Logistics partner at the start of the 2025 Season. Overseeing the transport and delivery of the league's annual event calendar, DP World provides smart logistics and end-to-end supply chain solutions, tailored to SailGP's unique requirements.

DP World Europe CEO and MD, Rashid Abdulla said: "Europe plays a vital role in global trade, and as SailGP's Global Logistics Partner, we're proud to deepen our presence in the region through the title partnership of the Spain Sail Grand Prix. This is a great opportunity to connect with new audiences, support regional connectivity, and showcase our role in enabling smarter trade on the global stage. We look forward to delivering the SailGP teams and infrastructure to Cádiz in October."

The DP World Spain Sail Grand Prix | Andalucía-Cádiz will serve as SailGP's final event of a busy European summer calendar - with back to back events landing in Portsmouth (July 19-20), Sassnitz (August 16-17), Saint-Tropez (September 12-13), Geneva (September 20-21) and finally Cádiz (October 4-5) - all in the lead up the Abu Dhabi $2M Grand Final (November 29-30). DP World's comprehensive logistics planning ensures that Rolex SailGP's demanding logistics operation arrives in each destination across the globe safely, efficiently and on time.

Securing back to back event wins at the Oracle San Francisco Sail Grand Prix (March) and Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix (June), the Spain SailGP team currently top the Rolex SailGP Championship 2025 Season leaderboard, with a two point gap separating them from the BONDS Flying Roos (Australia) and the Black Foils (New Zealand), respectively.

The official countdown is on until Los Gallos make their home debut since being crowned Rolex SailGP Champions last season, and more than 100,000 spectators are expected at this year's two-day event. The 2025 iteration also marks the first time fans will be able to experience SailGP's unique style of high-speed, high-tech racing from an elevated Waterfront Grandstand positioned right in the heart of the Race Stadium.

Fans gain entry to open-access seating with prime views of the racecourse, live commentary and broadcast to not miss a moment of the action, food and drink for purchase and interactive games in the Race Stadium, plus the opportunity to take a piece of SailGP home via the official merchandise store.

Taking place in iconic cities around the world, the Rolex SailGP Championship features 12 national teams battling it out in identical 50-foot foiling catamarans, racing faster than wind speeds at over 100 kilometers per hour (60 mph). The DP World Spain Sail Grand Prix serves as the eleventh and penultimate stop on Rolex SailGP's 2025 Season Calendar. Tickets are on sale now, available at SailGP.com/tickets.
