Join us on Saturday 3rd May 2025 for the Wooden Phantom Open Meeting at Fishers Green Sailing Club, set on the stunning Holyfield Lake within the Lee Valley Regional Park.

It's an open dedicated to the classic wooden Phantom, giving a great opportunity to show off your Phantom, compare notes with fellow sailors, and enjoy a relaxed but competitive atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned racer or just looking to enjoy a day on the water, it's all about fun, camaraderie, and a bit of varnish shine.

Featuring full classic wooden boats to self-draining variants, home builds and Claridge's, with rigs ranging from aluminium to carbon, and sails from classic mylar to modern laminate. Whatever your setup, you'll find a warm welcome and competitive racing on offer.

The event is already generating great interest, with a strong turnout expected from the home fleet at Fishers Green SC, and visiting sailors from Maldon Yacht Club, Notts County SC, and Creeksea SC to name a few.

With £15 entry and food available on-site, this is a perfect chance to get out on the water and join a great community of sailors. We look forward to seeing you there!
