Vendée Globe Thursday Morning Update - Riders on the Storm

Charlie Dalin on MACIF Santé Prévoyance has pulled away from second placed Seb Simon on Groupe Dubreuil in the Vendée Globe as he rides the eastern side of the Indian Ocean depression.

Sad news in from Louis Burton aboard the IMOCA Bureau Vallée who has had to retire from the Vendée Globe with rigging damage, but we have a far more positive update from Pip Hare on Medallia who has ingeniously overcome her keel relay problems.
