Marine People was founded in 2017 and offers a highly responsive and agile consultative and professional service for candidates and clients alike, build for the long-term. The investment will allow the business to expand into new countries and markets.

James Martin, Founder and Director of Marine People, said: "With Intermarine's support, we're entering a new phase of growth at Marine People. Having worked closely with Nick and the Intermarine team over the years, this partnership feels like a natural step forward. This investment will help us strengthen what we already do, extend our reach, and explore new ways to better serve our candidates and clients. We remain committed to maintaining the high standards that have shaped Marine People and look forward to the positive changes this will bring for both our teams and the wider industry."

Headquartered in South Wales, Intermarine UK provides holistic workforce solutions in the marine, offshore wind and nuclear sectors, bridging skills gaps and helping customers deliver strategically important programmes.

Nick Mansell added: "We are delighted to support the growth of Marine People, who have a wealth of expertise and a grasp of the precise technical requirements of the marine and shipbuilding industry that is unmatched in the marketplace. We look forward to working with the team across its base of international clients where our combined capabilities will be able to solve the most complex resourcing challenges."
