Marine recruitment company receives investment

Intermarine UK is delighted to announce an investment in Marine People.

Marine People, based in Fareham, Hampshire, is a niche, specialist and consultative shipbuilding recruitment agency supporting customers across the marine sector with technical and leadership positions predominately across '5-eyes' countries. Marine People was founded in 2017 and offers a highly responsive and agile consultative and professional service for candidates and clients alike, build for the long-term. The investment will allow the business to expand into new countries and markets.

James Martin, Founder and Director of Marine People, said: "With Intermarine's support, we're entering a new phase of growth at Marine People. Having worked closely with Nick and the Intermarine team over the years, this partnership feels like a natural step forward. Headquartered in South Wales, Intermarine UK provides holistic workforce solutions in the marine, offshore wind and nuclear sectors, bridging skills gaps and helping customers deliver strategically important programmes.
