Mustang Survival, the Canadian brand known for innovative solutions for the most demanding marine environments, announces today the release of the redesigned EP 6.5 Ocean Collection.

Built with Mil Spec 6.5 GORE-TEX Fabric —the same materials used in military and public safety gear—this collection is designed to keep offshore sailors dry and comfortable for optimal performance on open water.

"With the original EP Ocean Series, we set the bar high for durability, breathability, and waterproof protection. After gaining extensive feedback from countless nautical miles, we've improved our latest version to be lighter, less bulky, and better fitting," says Hunter Lowden, Senior Product Manager of Mustang Survival and Olympic sailor. "The new EP Collection stays true to its predecessor's purpose, helping sailors focus solely on their tasks on deck while chasing podiums, course records, and line honours.

This top-tier waterproof collection includes a redesigned jacket, spray smock, salopette, and a brand-new dry top. All the products integrate seamlessly together through fit and function creating the highest-performing offshore kit for optimal protection. Every EP piece that leaves the production line is 100% individually leak-tested to Mustang Survival's dry suit leak test standards.

EP 6.5 Ocean Dry Top

The new EP 6.5 Ocean Dry Top is the pièce de resistance. It's the most rugged and waterproof shell in the Mustang Survival line-up. The innovative removable hood system with face coverage ensures that the garment can adapt to the user's needs depending on their crew role, environmental exposure, and personal preferences. It features watertight latex neck and wrist gaskets, streamlined pocketing, and an ergonomic fit.

The dry top retails for $1199.99 USD / $1599.99 CAD.

EP 6.5 Ocean Jacket

The EP 6.5 Ocean Jacket has an innovative new removable hood, upgraded pocketing with zippers and fleece lined hand warmers, and an improved relaxed fit for layering.

The jacket retails for $1249.99 USD / $1649.99 CAD / £1200

EP 6.5 Ocean Spray Smock

The revised EP 6.5 Ocean Spray Smock offers the ultimate level of lightweight protection. This top features latex seals, a neoprene waist gasket, streamlined pocketing, and an ergonomic fit.

The spray smock retails for $849.99 USD / $649.99 CAD / £625

EP 6.5 Ocean Salopette

The updated EP 6.5 Ocean Salopette has adjustable straps at the shoulders, waist, and knees for layering purposes. The 100% waterproof 2-way YKK® AQUASEAL® zipper eliminates any need for storm flaps, reducing weight and bulk. Twin cargo pockets with a window are ideal for referencing notes or navigational aids.

This salopette pairs with any EP 6.5 top for a head-to-toe dry solution and retails for $1099.99 USD / $1349.99 CAD / £895

The entire EP 6.5 Ocean line is available in an extended range from XS to 2XL, making it an appropriate choice for a broader set of users.
