YOT 36 by Catana Group at boot Düsseldorf

by YOT Power Catamarans 17 Jan 2024 14:37 GMT 20-28 January 2024

The course is set: a high-profile launch in September at the Cannes Yachting Festival, a website, and the first European dealerships! The YOT brand intends to expand rapidly across the European market, making no concessions to the development of its ranges.

Here, we take a look at the latest news and events from the YOT brand, and how it's shaking up the Motor Yacht market, until now a sector dominated by monohulls.

YOT 36 - A highly acclaimed concept with dealers already on board!

Presented to the public for the first time at the Cannes boat show, the YOT 36 has left no one indifferent! The very first YOT 36 attracted a large number of visitors: prospective customers and charter companies, journalists and media, along with distributors interested in joining the brand's dealer network.

This very first model in the range enjoyed an extremely positive reception for its innovative concept combining speed and safety, modern and stylish design, and unprecedented and optimised on-board space. YOT meets new expectations by offering the perfect environment for enjoying the sea and your friends to the full.

To date, 3 distributors have already joined the network for the European market: CataLogic Catamaran & Yachting, Clinique du Bateau and Evolution Yachting.

CataLogic Catamaran & Yachting, the exclusive distributor for Bali Catamarans in Turkey, began operations in 2018. As a player in the motor yacht market, they are exclusive dealer for the Danish-built Rand Boats, and now for the YOT brand.

Clinique du Bateau is a French distributor based in Saint Cyprien in the South of France. This dealership represents Bali Catamarans, Bavaria, Bombard, Dufour and Quicksilver Zodiac. They are also MERCURY dealers and will thus bring much expertise.

Evolution Yachting, a new French distributor based in Fréjus, also in the South of France is starting out as a representative for the YOT Power Catamarans brand.

YOT 36 - a world of innovation...

Beyond the trendy, modern design of the boat, YOT Power Catamarans aims to create an innovative digital ecosystem to serve its partners and customers. An efficient, simple and comprehensive digital configurator will be online in a few days on the brand's website.

In just a few clicks, you can customise your boat according to your programme, by selecting the equipment of your choice. More than 20 options are on offer, from the powertrain to the audio system and air conditioning, to create a tailor-made boat.

3D views of the boat and a visual display of the options make it easy to select your choices, giving you an immediate immersive experience that's quick and easy.

The user interface is flexible and fluid, with optimised, high-performance interactions, even using a smartphone.

The tool allows you to create a personalised quote without having to enter any personal details. The user's configuration remains accessible and can be revised online at any time.

YOT 36 - A dedicated production facility

We're proud to announce plans to build a 65,000 m" factory on the lake shores in Vagos, close to our current site in Portugal.

The aim of the project is to cover 100% of the needs of the Group's powerboat division for all its sectors, from the manufacture of the 3 outboard-powered models to the models in the inboard range.

The infrastructure is designed to meet environmental needs and the challenges of energy efficiency, waste reduction and greenhouse gas emissions.

The new plant is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2024, with immediate commissioning. The first units from the new site are due for launch from summer 2024.
