Two more races were completed today at the 2023 ILCA 6 Youth & Men's World Championships, hosted by the Gdmina Dziwonow. Although it was a stable westerly breeze of 11-15 knots, it was a challenging day on the starting lines with multiple black flags.

In the youth men's division, both Hidde Schraffordt of The Netherlands and Slovenia's Luka Zabukovec sailed two second-place finishes today, which pushed Schraffordt into first overall with 11 points and Zabukovec into second with 12 points. Italians Mattia Santostefano and Mattia Cesana are close behind, tied with 13 points. The two-point difference between the top four sailors shows the competitiveness of the division and the tight racing at this championship.

Team Italy is also performing well in the youth women's division at this event. Both Maria Vittoria Arseni and Emma Mattivi finished with a first and fourth today, which moved Arseni into first overall with 8 points. Roos Wind of The Netherlands holds second with 11 points, tied with Mattivi in third.

In the men's division, Croatia's Alex Cvinar has held his lead through the third day of the championship with 9 points after six races. Great Britain's Terry Hacker climbed into second overall after winning both of today's races. Hacker is tied with fellow countryman Oliver Allen-Wilcox with 16 points.

Two more races are scheduled for tomorrow. Organizing partners are the Municipality of Dziwnow in conjunction with the Sailing Club Baltic Dziwnow and the ILCA.
