Camper & Nicholsons is proud to join Yacht Club de Monaco in its effort to consolidate the Principality's position as a centre of excellence for yachting.

With the Monaco, Capital of Advanced Yachting initiative, Yacht Club de Monaco aims to foster innovation and spearhead a sustainable future for the yachting sector.

The project brings together key stakeholders from across the yachting sector to drive growth in a sustainable and economically viable manner. Considering its influential status in the sector, Yacht Club de Monaco is taking responsibility for mobilising these stakeholders and establishing a commitment to both the future survival of yachting and the environment.

As Claudia Batthyany, project manager of Monaco, Capital of Advanced Yachting, explains: "The initiative stands at the heart of Yacht Club de Monaco, of its history. We are deeply engaged to protect our ocean through projects and events like Monaco Classic Week, Energy Boat Challenge and SEA Index. We regroup ambassadors of active members with a progressive, responsible, economic, educational, and ecological future in mind."

With headquarters in Monaco and the same core values as Yacht Club de Monaco, Camper & Nicholsons was eager to support the initiative. Paolo Casani, chief executive officer of Camper & Nicholsons comments, "We are proud to join Yacht Club de Monaco and adhere to the concrete objectives of sustainable development established by the United Nations. With our history and positioning in the market, Camper & Nicholsons is happy to promote and strengthen the know-how of Monaco as the epicentre of yachting."

Yacht Club de Monaco is delighted to welcome Camper & Nicholsons to the initiative. Bernard d'Alessandri, general secretary of Yacht Club de Monaco, adds, "It is very important to promote Monaco as one of the leading destinations alongside such a major actor in the yachting industry as Camper & Nicholsons."
