Salt Wharf Restaurant & Rooftop Bar

One of two new year-round restaurants that sit just feet from the water, Salt Wharf is a top-tier restaurant with a stunning rooftop bar. With a focus on expertly executed fresh, local ingredients, Salt Wharf is perfect for a casual dinner or a special occasion. The seasonal rooftop bar offers diners a fabulous view of the inner harbor as well as Penobscot Bay and beyond. Salt Wharf serves Tuesday- Saturday.

Barren's Restaurant & Distillery

Also open year-round, Barren's Restaurant & Distillery features locally distilled spirits along with casual cuisine in both an outdoor courtyard and an indoor restaurant/tasting room. Bottles of Barren's specialty gins distilled with local ingredients can be purchased on site, too. Open Tuesday - Saturday.

Archive: Sustainable style

Retail options in Camden have been elevated to a new level! Archive is our newest addition to the boardwalk. Luxury clothing and accessories for men and women are available through this impeccably styled space overlooking the harbor. Archive is a sustainable lifestyle shop that also offers personal styling services. Open Tuesday - Saturday and by appointment.

Crew Quarters accommodations

The Crew Quarters at Lyman-Morse are boutique ocean-view accommodations along our waterfront and are a luxurious added amenity for those wishing to stay with us in Camden. The Crew Quarters include three private bedroom/ bathroom units overlooking Camden Harbor and the Camden Hills, and offer a comfortable shared lounge and dining area for relaxing after a long day on the water or after exploring the area's many sights. Open year-round.

Marina guest services

For our transient and service customers, Lyman-Morse's customer lounge sheds a new light on what to expect when visiting a marina. Well-appointed showers/bathrooms will have you feeling at home, while modern lounge space is the perfect place to relax. Day-use office spaces and washers/dryers are also available.

Rental space available

Rounding out the mixed-use project are rental spaces for both office and storefront opportunities. The office spaces provide the opportunity for local residents to enjoy a waterfront working environment. Additional space is still available. Maybe it's time to open that gallery or shop you've always dreamed about! Email us at for details.
