Largest Azimut Yacht sold in the USA

by MarineMax 10 Mar 2021 20:48 GMT

The fifth Azimut Grande 38 Metri Trideck build goes to an experienced yachtsman from Houston, Texas.

Offering a new megayacht from drawings requires a great deal of information and a team approach. MarineMax Pompano Yacht Center Senior Broker, Mike Doyle, has a relationship with the buyer from previous yacht sales and services. Understanding the massive undertaking of the project, Mike partnered with the experienced team of Bob Fritsky (Vice President of Sales), Federico Ferrante (President of Azimut-Benetti Americas), and Andrew Schneider (MarineMax Azimut Brand Manager) to inform the client and conclude the sale.

Bob Fritsky comments, "The client considered new and brokerage yachts between 115-feet and 130-feet. He eventually determined that only a new build would reach all his yachting objectives and guard his substantial investment. He chose the new Azimut Trideck because of its design-forward aesthetics, innovative use of space, and high style interior. The client appreciated the dedicated beach club, massive sundeck, the bow dipping pool and seating, and side garage for tender and personal watercraft."

The Azimut 38 Metri Trideck boasts a 38.2-meter (125' 4'') length overall, including pulpit. The max beam 7.9-meter (25' 11'') accommodates ten berths plus six crew berths. The US specified build will conclude in the Spring of 2022. She will deliver in the Bahamas, where the client will use her. The Azimut 38 Metri Trideck will also enter the Fraser Yachts Charter fleet.
