Fusion® Entertainment, a worldwide leader in marine audio entertainment, showcased My Fusion® and Fusion University at METSTRADE 2019 stand 02.127. These two platforms are designed to build product confidence among employees and distributors alike, and develop the most educated, inspired and supported sales channel in the marine audio entertainment industry.

My Fusion is a personal portal for both internal staff and the brand's global dealer network. It brings all key areas of Fusion's digital resources to one easy-to-use location, including an online learning management system, resource library, the latest articles, press releases, product catalogues and Pulse - Fusion's blog.

Through My Fusion, users can access Fusion University, an advanced online platform designed to deliver deep learning through interactive modules. A tiered training structure provides 25-minute product knowledge training courses for selling specific products and progresses through larger and more complex product groupings.

The course culminates with detailed programs covering the entire range, with a step-by-step guide to setting up a boat with an entire Fusion system. These courses are designed to provide sales staff and the global dealer network with the knowledge required to clearly and concisely articulate the features and benefits of Fusion Entertainment products, systems and innovations with the overall aim of achieving a highly educated channel that delivers customers the best solution for their needs, driving higher conversion rates for sales outreach.

With Fusion University, users earn 'badges' for completed courses. There are three badges to achieve ranked from 1 'Fusion badge' - knowledge of the full Fusion product range; 2 'Signature badge' - advanced knowledge of the Signature Series product range, Fusion's premium speaker, subwoofer and amplifier range; and 3 'Apollo badge' - comprehensive knowledge of the Apollo product range and networking configurations. The badge system defines which dealers are recommended to a customer. Dealers can also monitor their staff's progress via the portal, request a new store, directly contact the sales manager, see all the latest resources, articles, events, announcements, watch how-to videos and more.

"It is no secret that in order to sell something well, you must understand the product inside and out," said Peter Edward, Managing Director of Fusion Entertainment. "My Fusion and Fusion University have been carefully designed with that thought in mind. We are always looking for ways to strengthen our Fusion family. Our aim for this platform is to provide detailed training to our wide network of dealers and staff globally - developing a highly educated retail channel in pursuit of perfection."
