  • Salary: £25,000 - £26,400 per annum (dependent upon experience)
  • Full-time, 35 hours per week
  • Range of benefits including pension scheme, free life insurance, 25 days annual leave plus public holidays
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the RYA's Racing department's Coaching Development Team as a Club & Class Coaching Co-ordinator. Our Purpose is to develop inspiring, knowledgeable and adaptable coaches at all levels of the sport, and our Vision is to have the correct quantity and quality of coaches in the right areas to meet the demands of the sport.

The Coaching Developing Team is looking for an individual who has:

  • A passion and determination to help clubs and classes become more successful and sustainable;
  • An aspiration for developing world-leading people, coaching and leadership;
  • The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role of Club & Class Coaching Co-ordinator has a wide range of interesting projects and priorities, and right now our highest priorities are to help clubs upskill and inspire more sailors into becoming coaches and exploring & executing methods to increase the diversity of coaches within clubs and classes.
