"We are delighted to be extending our offer to RYA members to include Crewsaver's ISO Ocean Liferaft alongside our Phase2 Dinghy Range", commented Hannah Burywood, Marketing Manager for Crewsaver.

"Using our skills and expertise in the design and manufacture of both liferafts and lifejackets, Crewsaver has created one of the most advanced specification ISO Ocean Liferafts yet. The Crewsaver Liferaft improves both safety and performance for you and your crew."

The Crewsaver liferaft is lightweight and compact, easy to store and takes up minimal deck space, whilst offering complete confidence in an emergency, being deployed in just 40 seconds.

Approved to ISO 9650-1, the Crewsaver ISO Ocean Liferaft is manufactured to the highest quality standards and uses expertise in the design and manufacture of commercial liferafts and marine evacuation systems as part of Survitec Group.

Stand out features include the highly durable yet lightweight PU material that provides long lasting resistance to corrosion and abrasion. High volume water pockets also ensure maximum liferaft stability when inflated and a simple to close but tough canopy, manufactured in high visibility orange to SOLAS standards, provides added protection from the elements. The canopy is also fitted with an internal and external strobe light to make it easier for search and rescue teams to locate the liferaft at night.

Other features include a semi-rigid boarding ramp for quick, easy and safe boarding, as well as interior and exterior lifelines to help occupants stabilise themselves in heavy seas. The liferaft is supplied in either a weather proof valise or an innovative, sleek, lightweight container, which includes side handles, to make transportation easier and features a document/certificate holder. Three emergency pack options provide rations for less than 24 hour, over 24 hour and SOLAS B operation.

In addition the raft comes complete with a 12 year warranty with extended 3 year service intervals and can be serviced at anyone of Survitec Group's global network of service stations.

"Liferafts are an essential piece of kit for any boat owner so this additional offer from Crewsaver will be a great benefit for many of our members, helping them keep safe on the water and save money on the cost of their boating", commented RYA Membership Development Manager, Conor Swift.

As well as this great new saving on liferafts, Personal Members enjoy 20% off Crewsaver's Phase2 Dinghy Range which includes wrap around Pro Hiking Pads, Phase2 Buoyancy Aid and a selection of gloves, boots, drysuits, wetsuits, rash vests and more. Gold and Instructor members enjoy 25% off the Phase2 Dinghy Range.
