The National Firefly Class association would like to congratulate everyone who competed in the BUCS/BUSA Student Fleet Racing Nationals over the weekend in Cardiff. It was great to see 62 Fireflys racing!
As part of the classes commitment to involving students, the NFA are offering free entry to next years huge 70th Anniversary Nationals to one lucky boat who competed at the event.
This year the class decided to run a random draw from all the Firefly class entrants. A massive congratulations to Alan Boulton and Charlotte Guinan from the University of the West of England (UWE) who were the boat to be pulled out of the hat. We hope you will be joining us in Tenby next year for what is set to be one of the biggest and best events of 2016.
Entry for next year's Nationals will be opening very soon and there will be lots of incentives for early entry including the chance to win a new suit of sails! There will be also be heavily reduced rates for students.
