Your chance to sail with Abu Dhabi Ocean Race at the Volvo Ocean Race stopover in Lorient!

Volvo Ocean Race leaders, Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing have teamed up with Exposure Marine to offer a once in a lifetime opportunity for two keen sailors!

Win a place for you and a crew-mate to join Ian Walker and his crew onboard Azzam in the Pro-Am race, in Lorient, France on Monday 15th June.

The winner will receive exclusive Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing Experience, £100 towards travel and accommodation and an award winning Exposure MOB light customised with the Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing logo. You and your guest will be welcomed for an exclusive opportunity for a private tour of Azzam and the boat yard, and to join six of the Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing crew on board racing against the rest of the Volvo fleet. Each race lasts around 40 minutes and you will be an important part of the crew participating in sailing with the team in real race conditions.

A substantial second prize is also up for grabs and comprises of a Race Pack of Exposure Marine Race lights customised with the Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing logo. Worth over £500, the pack includes an MOB light with water activated emergency strobe, an X2 personal search light with optimised (red) night vision technology, and three of the XS compact work lights.

Exposure Marine are an Official Partner to Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing, and have provided the crew with all their compact, lightweight safety and search lights, including the award winning MOB light. Ian Walker, skipper of Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing in the Volvo Ocean Race, says "The MOB is an amazing all in one torch and safety light. Luckily, we haven't had to use its MOB capability - and I hope we don't! However, especially at the speeds we are sailing, it's very reassuring knowing we have these MOBs ready to deploy at any time. And the crew love it as a trimming spot light too."
