Well over fifty teams are looking forward to a 4 day series of racing at Parkstone this weekend. The weather gods are forecast to smile beneficently upon the event with breezes that will provide the best smile factor for the crews of these exciting and competitively raced keelboats. Favourites to win are current reigning world champions Graham Vials and Chris Turner but they'll need to be keeping a close eye on the ever consistent Steve Goacher and Phil Evans. Recent strong form has been shown by Jeremy Davy, Charles Apthorp, Dave Tabb and a brand new boat for Greg Wells could make the top 10 a tough space to join. Not to be dismissed from potential podium places are the other sail maker teams including Richard Lovering of Hydes and Alan Bax of P&B.

UKGlobal (Corporate Insurers and providers of the F15 Fleet insurance) are title sponsors, Harken UK are the Official hardware sponsor, WebCollect have provided the on-line entry and other prizes have been generously provided by Selden, Ovington, Hyde Sails, Hudson Wight, The Fencing Stores Group, Gul Performance Apparel and P&B. MarKey have generously provided a truly sumptuous marquee for the event where competitors will be able to enjoy a complimentary Goacher Ale courtesy of the similarly named Cumbrian sail maker!

Entries are still open and Parkstone Yacht Club looks forward to welcoming all competitors this weekend!
