Alan Henderson's extended visit to the South of England continues this week, but on the other side of the camera for a change. He's at Weymouth SC, sailing his Osprey with Alastair Barrie, in the Osprey nationals. After a weekend of glorious sailing, with sun, breeze and waves, they look set for a more frustrating time for the rest of the week, with lighter breezes and maybe even some rain.
