New Hyde Distributor for Hamble

As Hyde Sails continues to strengthen its network in the UK, GP Sails has been appointed as a Hyde distributor and service centre for Hamble.
GP Sails is a loft based on the Hamble River owned and run by the Piggott family, headed up by Grant Piggott. Grant has been a sailmaker for 33 years running several lofts, including Hyde's own loft when it was at Burnham in Essex.
Grant started GP Sails seven years ago and has had his own premises for four years, building up a strong reputation and customer base. The loft is equipped to service sails from Optimists to Challenge 72s.
Grant's personal passion is multihulls and you will find him at the front end of the fleet in several catamaran classes and he has won many championships.
Grant commented: "GP Sails is pleased to become a Hyde's distributor and is dedicated to offering a full and personal service for all types of boat." The loft is across the river in Warsash, but Grant lives in Hamble so sails can easily be dropped off for service on either side of the river.
