Team Universal to compete in 6mr Nationals

The Team will be competing in its first 6mr regatta of the season in ‘Tempest of Universal’, an S&S Modern 6mr Built in 1987, which has undergone renovation and modification by The Metre Shed at Universal Marina.
The team are hoping to build on a promising season in 2006, but with a number of boats undergoing significant changes and several others being brought out to play, a finish in the top 5 would be considered a good result, and a building platform for worlds being held in Cowes later in July this year.
The Metre Shed @ Universal Marina has a number boats which will be taking part this year including; Caprice, Maida, Conch, Titia, St Kitts, Tempest and Sting and Fagel Bla electing to come the UK early and use The Metre Shed at Universal Marina as theire base for their campaigns.
