What’s in a name? When it comes to Musto’s new GD360 – PDS, more than you’d think.
- GD – an abbreviation of GripDeck.
- 360 - 360° grip thanks to its exclusive outsole configuration
- PDS – Performance Deck Shoe
Put it all together and what have got? A great-looking deck shoe which provides effective all-round, non-slip properties on all deck surfaces from classic teak to laminates, wet or dry.
Developed in conjunction with a leading, international sports shoe designer and polymer specialists, the ‘stickability’ of the GD360 outsole is maximized by a sculpted and moulded pattern of an entirely new complex profile, transcending the performance of conventional razor cut sole designs which can only function in limited directions of travel.
With nu-buck leather uppers, padded tongue and collar and removable, leather-lined footbed with cushioning at the heel and toe, as well as a concealed, EVA, shock-absorbing mid-sole, Musto’s new GD360-PDS design feels as good as it looks. There’s a discreet Musto ‘red boat’ logo on the heel and tonal reflective tape around the back of the foot.
