We design and cut using the latest Smar Azure software. Our laminate sails are constructed using the Ultrabond glue system eliminating the seam creep that the stitched laminates of our competitors suffer from, ensuring you a sail that distorts less and lasts longer.
Our sails leave the loft ready for racing with battens bags sail numbers. Sail measurement is available for certain classes.

P&B COVERS
P&B covers are made exclusively in our Northampton sail loft. This has always allowed us to develop our designs and methods and to ensure a quality of fit and of service.
Our covers are either made from 360gsm pvc or breathable weathermax both durable fabrics. We finish them with 25mm wide webbing straps and quick release buckles, in addition our flat and trailing covers come with lighting board straps attached, saving the hassle of tying on your trailer board or using a bracket.
KIT of the WEEK
Each week one of the P&B team will be looking into their kit bag and giving us an item that they simply wouldn't sail without.
After the massive winds and hair raising waves at Lyme Regis in which Oli sailed his merlin rocket, he has made kit of week Pryde Evolution boots. They provided him with brilliant grip allowing him to stand on the centreboard with ease! Oli feels the Neil Pryde evolution boot (now a wider fit) give great ankle support and better grip, brilliant for the extreme conditions.
