How to follow Oliver Heer Ocean Racing in The Ocean Race Atlantic

Oliver Heer Ocean Racing will start The Ocean Race Atlantic from New York on 1 September, racing 3,200 nautical miles across the North Atlantic to Lorient.

The race will be the first competitive outing for Embrace The Challenge and the new four-person crew of Oliver Heer, Lincoln Dews, Liz Wardley and Marie Riou.

After a summer focused on testing, performance development and offshore training, the team will now get its first opportunity to benchmark the boat directly against the wider IMOCA fleet.

The crossing is expected to take around 7-9 days.

The race marks an important milestone for the new campaign and the first major competitive test as Oliver Heer Ocean Racing continues building towards The Ocean Race 2027 and the Vendée Globe 2028.
