Registration open for 25th Anniversary Sail for Pride

by Sail Newport 20 Aug 14:17 BST September 26, 2026

In 2001, the sailing community gathered outside of Newport Harbor for the first Sail for Pride. Twenty five years later, the tradition continues with this year's 25th Anniversary Sail for Pride on Saturday, September 26. The first start will be at 1055.

Registration is open for sailboats 22' and larger. There are several PHRF spinnaker classes, a PHRF nonspinnaker class, multihull and one-design classes. All sailboats are encouraged to enter and we will assign a rating if you don't have one so you can participate in this memorable race around Jamestown. We're using a program named "ClubSpot" for registration and scoring - it only takes a minute to make a login and we love the program!!
