Driven by an ambitious editorial strategy, the commitment of the crews, and a strong digital presence, this second edition confirms the GLOBE40 as a major international event on the global ocean racing circuit.

Impressive key figures
3,450 pieces of press coverage (articles, photos, videos)—two-thirds of which were international; a digital audience (website, Facebook, Instagram) reaching 20 million views—four times the result of the first edition; 8 months of visibility with coverage in 25 countries; hundreds of pieces of content produced; 310 accredited journalists; and a cumulative total of 311,668 players on Virtual Regatta.

Media coverage across 5 continents
The GLOBE40 benefited from extensive media coverage thanks to specialized outlets, mainstream media, host communities, and race partners. Demonstrating this international reach, France (18%), Germany (15%), and the United States (12.5%) were the top three countries by website audience share.

A community engaged throughout the race
For eight months, the GLOBE40 fostered an international community through continuous communication, immersive content, and daily race updates. The audience figures speak for themselves: 3.2 million views on the website, 11.6 million on the Facebook page, and 4.7 million on the Instagram page.

Skippers: The GLOBE40's primary ambassadors
The crews played a major role in raising the GLOBE40's profile through daily social media updates. By sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of their adventure, they reached hundreds of thousands of enthusiasts—and, in some cases, millions of online users. Highlighting Lisa Berger's incredible performance aboard *Wilson*, which garnered 23 million views on Instagram.

Editorial coverage that kept pace with the round-the-world race
Whether through Jean-Marie Liot's 60 photo reports, the 80 videos produced by IMAGE IN FRANCE (a leading audiovisual production company in offshore racing), the extensive use of drones, technically sophisticated live TV broadcasts, or the 36 press releases and hundreds of pieces of content created for various platforms.
