Henri-Lloyd, the iconic British sailing apparel brand renowned for pioneering weatherproof protection for generations of sailors and explorers, has been named the official clothing partner of Oyster Yachts. This partnership brings together two British brands, respected worldwide for performance, design, craftsmanship and a shared passion for adventure.

Combining more than a century of marine heritage, the partnership will see Henri-Lloyd supply technical performance clothing to Oyster's teams and create exclusive branded merchandise for Oyster owners and crew, ensuring they are equipped for life on and off the water.

For Oyster owners, the partnership represents a natural fit. Oyster yachts have sailed more than 20 million miles worldwide and completed over 100 circumnavigations, taking crews from tropical anchorages to high-latitude passages in some of the world's most demanding conditions. The next Oyster World Rally, setting off in 2028, will see 30 yachts sailing over 27,000 nautical miles over 16 months.

Both companies share a passion for sailing and a commitment to creating easily accessible opportunities for those new to sailing or looking to develop new skills. Oyster's recently launched Bluewater Academy offers a growing programme of expert-led training and experiences, including its Women at the Helm sailing experience in Palma and Weather at Sea weekend in Southampton. Henri-Lloyd's Sail Free initiative provides free access to RYA courses, supporting sailors at every stage, from a first introduction to sailing through to Competent Crew and Day Skipper qualifications.

Stefan Zimmermann Zschocke, CEO of Oyster Yachts, said: "Henri-Lloyd is a natural partner for Oyster. We share a proud British heritage and both brands have been shaped by the real demands of sailing, with a shared focus on technical innovation, dependable performance, quality and design. As a lifelong sailor, I know how important it is to have clothing you can rely on in changing conditions, whether racing, cruising offshore or preparing for a circumnavigation. We also share a commitment to helping more people develop the skills and confidence to enjoy life on the water."

Chris Hammond, CEO of Henri-Lloyd added: "We are delighted to be partnering with Oyster Yachts, another great British brand with a rich heritage and an outstanding reputation for quality. Henri-Lloyd has always championed those who push the boundaries of sailing, and Oyster owners embody that adventurous spirit. Whether they're exploring remote cruising grounds or preparing for a once-in-a-lifetime circumnavigation, we're proud to help keep them protected wherever their journeys take them."

The curated collection is already available on the Oyster website and will be on show at the Oyster Palma Regatta (11-15 September 2026) where Henri-Lloyd will provide the Official Regatta clothing for participating teams.
