The Solution class is looking for more second-hand boats to hit the market. With our 20th National Championship happening in September it looks like a bumper turnout but we have run out of second hand boats and are encouraging people to sell their unused boats.
We have buyers ready and waiting!
Are you in the class already and thinking of a new boat? Now is the perfect time to order a new boat from JJ Boats and sell your old boat with ease.
The Solution dinghy is known for its stability, durability, and exciting performance, making it a fantastic option for a wide range of sailors. It's an ideal boat for both solo sailing and competitive racing, offering versatility and a rewarding experience on the water. However, as with any popular class, the availability of quality second-hand boats is essential for sustaining growth and welcoming new participants.
The Association notes that owners who wish to sell their dinghies can do so through the class's online marketplace or via the Facebook group. For many, this can be a great way to free up space in their garages or sailing clubs while also contributing to the continued success of the Solution Class.
"We want to create a positive feedback loop where owners who are no longer actively using their dinghies can offer them to new owners, thereby supporting the class's growth," continues Ian. "At the same time, it helps maintain the value of used boats and ensures that more people can enjoy the thrill of sailing a solution.
In conclusion, the Solution Class Association's call to action for owners of unused dinghies to consider selling is not only a win for the current owners but also a great opportunity for the future growth and vibrancy of the class. Whether you're looking to sell or buy, the increasing demand for second-hand Solution dinghies is a promising sign for the future of this popular dinghy class.
