The marina sector plays a hugely important role in making boating a joyful pursuit and providing a safe haven for thousands of boaters around the world.

Marinas achieving Gold Anchor accreditation go above and beyond to ensure that the services and facilities they provide are second to none and the Marina of the Year Awards recognise the best of the best. Competition is always fierce with loyalty berth holders and marina visitors keen to ensure that their favourite ports of call are deservedly rewarded.

Awards are presented to the best Coastal Marinas above and below 250 berths, Inland Marina, International Marina, Superyacht Marina, Marina Employee, Marina Team and most Sustainable Marina.

Paul Knox-Johnston, our Marketing and Business Development Manager said, "Our three-year headline sponsorship deal highlights the Haven KJ crew's long-standing partnership with TYHA and our commitment to celebrating excellence across the marina industry. Being able to champion the marinas, teams, and customer service standards that help berth thousands of boats around the country and enable the best boating experiences is a great privilege. Being part of the boating community, giving a little back where we can, is very much in our DNA."

The annual awards ceremony will once again be held at the Southampton International Boat Show in September 2026, where the results of the public vote will be revealed. Voting closes on August 28th and is open right now. To vote visit www.tyha.co.uk/marina-awards.
