The Delta 60mm from Polarwave is the result of 18 months of development with 1 goal in mind: To design and manufacture the strongest and best performing mid size block for Grand Prix Racing.
- CNC machined from 1 solid billet of Titanium.
- Bearings made from the strongest ceramic in the world, Silicon Nitride.
- The Bearing Material, Silicon Nitride, is so hard that it cannot be CNC machined. The bearings are machine sanded over a period of 6 days.
- The sheave is coated in TiN, the same coating used on the best drill bits in the world.
- Breaking Load: 20 Tons.
- Safe Working Load: 10 Tons.
The DELTA 60 is by far the best performing, highest load rated block in its size ever manufactured.
