Correct Craft recognized and thanked Bill Yeargin for 20 years of leadership and service to the company. Over two decades, Yeargin helped shape Correct Craft's culture, strengthen its long-term strategy, and champion the company's purpose of Making Life Better.

"Bill's leadership has left a permanent mark on Correct Craft," said Zach Hutcheson, incoming CEO at Correct Craft. "For 20 years, he has elevated culture, invested deeply in people, and challenged us to chase impact. His legacy is not only what the company achieved, but how it achieved it, with purpose, and a genuine commitment to making life better."

Yeargin's tenure has been defined by a focus on people and culture, disciplined execution, and meaningful impact in communities where Correct Craft team members live and work. Under his leadership, Correct Craft also achieved a significant milestone, reaching the billion-dollar mark.

"It has been an honor to serve this team for the past 20 years," said Yeargin. "Correct Craft's strength has always been our people and our culture. I'm proud of what we've built together and grateful for the opportunity to lead a company committed to Making Life Better."

Yeargin added, "Zach is the right leader for this next chapter. We've worked side by side to prepare for this transition, and I have full confidence in his ability to lead with clarity, care for people, and a commitment to Making Life Better."
