Saxdor debuts new flagship 460 GTC at Palm Beach International Boat Show 2026

by Saxdor Yachts 19 Mar 15:54 GMT March 25–29, 2026

Following a year of strong growth and the recent announcement that it has joined the NASDAQ-listed leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of recreational powerboats Malibu Boats, Inc., Saxdor Yachts - one of the industry's fastest-growing boatbuilders - returns to the Palm Beach International Boat Show to present the U.S. premiere of its new flagship, the Saxdor 460 GTC. The debut signals the brand's growing momentum in the region, reinforcing the strategic importance of the North American market for Saxdor's global expansion.

As the largest and most advanced model in the Saxdor range to date, the new 460 GTC reflects the brand's commitment to combining performance with innovation, intelligent design and technology. Designed as the brand's natural step into the 45-50 ft category, the 460 GTC elevates its signature strengths by integrating generous living spaces and features typically found on larger yachts. A refined closed-open wheelhouse concept is at the heart of this model: the fully enclosed helm and saloon can effortlessly open into one continuous main deck as glass panels slide away, the roof retracts and fold-down terraces extend. The versatile social areas on board the 460 GTC allow guests to transition seamlessly between cruising, entertaining and extended stays on the water, with two standard cabins in the lower deck as well as third optional one. Following its global debut at Boot Düsseldorf less than two months ago, where it was met with strong commercial success among the dealer network, the new Saxdor flagship is now set to make its debut across the Atlantic where it will be available throughout the U.S., Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean.

The Palm Beach show will also mark Saxdor's first U.S. boat show appearance since the announcement that the company has joined Malibu Boats, Inc (MBI). The acquisition helps to position Saxdor for long-term success, particularly in North America. The development also underscores the growing interest in the adventure dayboat segment, one of the fastest-expanding areas of the recreational boating market, where boats are designed as social spaces for enjoying time on the water rather than simply travelling to a destination. In this context, Saxdor's "social boating" philosophy resonates strongly with a new generation of boaters, complementing MBI's portfolio.

In the United States, Saxdor has experienced significant traction across the market, generating a 78% increase in sales in 2025 over the previous year. Building on the strong appeal of Saxdor's approach among American boaters across its entire fleet, now expanded with the introduction of the new 460 GTC, the company expects to further solidify its position in this market.

"This year's Palm Beach Boat Show marks a particularly exciting moment for Saxdor as part of Malibu Boats Inc.," commented Erna Rusi, CEO of Saxdor Yachts. "With the launch of the 460 GTC, we are expanding our fleet and opening the door to a new category of clients looking for a larger, unique, and even more versatile social boating experience. The boat is amazing: I dare say you cannot get this much lounge space in any boat in this category. We are thrilled for this next phase in Saxdor's journey as part of MBI and grateful for the tremendous enthusiasm for our brand here. In fact, the 460 GTC already had a flying start in Miami where people were placing orders for the boat without ever seeing it!"

Saxdor Yachts will be at the Palm Beach International Boat Show 2026 at RAMP 10 - Booth/Slip IW 1141D + 6 with models on display: 460 GTC, 400 GTO, 400 GTC, 400 GTS, 340 GTWA, 320 GTO, 320 GTC.
