GP Watercraft are set for the RYA Dinghy & Watersports Show 2026 with a bumper display of exciting boats and kit.

Nautivela have recently appointed GP Watercraft as the UK distributor for their range, including the ILCA, Optimist and 420 dinghies.

On the stand you'll find:

  • A Melges 15, which provides such thrilling sailing for the competitors in the Endeavour Trophy, the Champion of Champions event held in October at Burnham on Crouch.

  • The UK show debut of the FD Future, the versatile, affordable and exciting dinghy which has a variety of rigs available to provide great sailing from kids to adults.

  • A Nautivela ILCA, built in Milan, Italy to exacting standards and used throughout the world by top international sailors in the ILCA 4, 6 and 7 categories, and builds on GP Watercraft's coaching work in the classes.

  • The Nautivela Optimist, which has recorded top podium results at major European events in 2025, including wins in both the girls and boys categories at the French Nationals, and a 1,2 in the girls category at the Europeans.

You can also find an exciting Skeeta foiling dinghy on the U Sail Watersports Bermuda stand M10 as well as a Nautivela 420 with GP Watercraft branding on the 420 class stand P10.

Owner and Performance Coach Shaun Priestley said,
"It's so exciting now that we provide options from pathway to performance and recreational dinghies through to foilers. Our coaching has always been the backbone of the business, where we're active from junior to Olympic circuits, so building on what we already do with Melges UK provides so much more opportunity to get people out on the water in great boats."

There will also be a range of Zhik clothing available to buy. The Australian brand makes some of the best technical dinghy kit on the market, which really needs to be seen and tried to be believed, so this is an ideal opportunity to do just that.

GP Watercraft are located on Stand L35, which is conveniently located between the central Clubhouse and the Main Stage.

The team of Shaun, Liam, Rory, George and Hannah and GP Watercraft Ambassador Adriana Penruddocke are ready to welcome you, show you around the boats and answer any questions you may have.

2026 is set to be an exciting year with the inaugural Melges 15 UK Nationals in Torquay being the highlight of a comprehensive calendar for the class. With charter boats available it's an ideal time to get involved!

Be sure to take a look at the brand-new GP Watercraft website - www.gpwatercraft.co.uk - which highlights the services they offer including Coaching, New and Charter Boats, Spares, Accessories and Kit.

See you at the show!
