Rooster Expands Team with Four New Roles © Rooster
Rooster, the UK-based technical sailing and watersports brand, is continuing to invest in its future, reflecting positive global demand for high-quality, well-priced technical watersports
products. As part of a clear and deliberate development strategy, the company is expanding its team to strengthen product innovation and significantly enhance its digital and marketing capability worldwide.
Rooster has established a strong reputation for purpose-led design and technical performance, delivering watersports clothing and equipment trusted by users across a wide range of disciplines and conditions. A clear focus on quality, functionality, longevity, and value has enabled the brand to continue progressing positively within an evolving global trading landscape.
As part of this forward-looking approach, Rooster has identified a clear need to go further in product design and development, while also substantially strengthening its marketing and digital resources to better support the brand's global scale and customer base. In response, the company is creating four new roles to support both its Fareham headquarters operations and its on-the-water event activity.
The new positions include:
- Technical Product Designer & Product Innovation Lead
- Technical SEO Specialist
- Digital Marketing & Content Creator
- Summer Events & Sales Representative
The Technical Product Designer & Product Innovation Lead will sit at the core of Rooster's product development process, leading innovation from concept through prototyping, testing, and production. The role will help ensure future collections continue to meet the evolving demands of watersports users worldwide.
The Technical SEO Specialist will focus on strengthening Rooster's digital foundations, improving website performance, structure, and discoverability, ensuring customers globally can easily access technical product information and guidance.
The Digital Marketing & Content Creator will play a key role in bringing the Rooster brand to life across digital channels, producing engaging, informative, and authentic content that reflects the brand's products, people, and life on the water.
The Summer Events Sales Representative will support Rooster's busy summer events programme, working on-site at sailing and watersports events to represent the brand, drive product
awareness, and generate sales, while providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to sailors and event attendees.
"Demand for well-designed, high-quality technical watersports products remains strong globally," said Luke Morrison, CEO at Rooster. "By continuing to invest in product development and strengthening our marketing capability, we are positioning Rooster to better support our customers and partners worldwide while staying true to our commitment to quality, performance, and value."
The headquarters-based roles are located at Rooster's Fareham office, while the Summer Events Sales Representative role is event-based during the summer season. All roles offer the opportunity to work within a collaborative, hands-on team with close links to the sailing and watersports community, and a shared focus on long-term value and performance.
