A moderate Sou'easter and a very lumpy sea offshore made for a challenging passage race on Day 2 of the Australian Maxi Championships in Sydney on Sunday.

After a chaotic start off Nielsen Park, SHK Scallywag led the fleet out of the Harbour, heading for a laid mark to windward some 10nm to the Southeast.
