Sir Russell Coutts: A prestigious opening keynote speaker

We are delighted to announce that Sir Russell Coutts, CEO of the most exciting racing on water, SailGP, will be the opening speaker on Day 2 of the Yacht Racing Forum 2025 (Friday November 21).

One of the greatest personalities in the history of our sport, Coutts' achievements speak for themselves: Olympic Champion, multiple America's Cup winner, and now the visionary CEO and founder of SailGP. Beyond his unparalleled record on the water, he is a highly successful businessman and a leader with a clear vision for the future of sailing.

Throughout his career, Russell Coutts has been a passionate advocate for youth sailing, consistently supporting and inspiring the next generation of athletes.

We are extremely proud to welcome him to the Forum and look forward to his insights on the present and future of our sport.
